While I’m proud to have been the provincial booze columnist for over 10 years now,  I wish I could post links so that people outside the province could see my columns without having to pay for a subscription they have no interest in…

CAPS SENSORY EVALUATION MODULE: The following class is hopefully going to be offered starting early 2012. The course curriculum is currently under revision to mesh with CAPS in Ontario, Quebec  and Nova Scotia. There will definitely be a clas in Halifax. New Brunswick will depend on the interest level. New Brunswick CAPS Sommelier Courses We are hoping to  teach the Old World and Beer & Spirits modules starting in 2012 in Saint John or Fredericton, New Brunswick. Eligible students should contact me if you are planning to attend. The plan is to teach weekly, Monday nights, in 4 hour blocks. The total course length is 80 hours.
