I am taking names of those of you who are interested in this 9 week, Monday evening course planned for the New Year.
In the past I did this at happinez wine bar, and that is where I will go again, if the schedule works.
The course follows the CAPS (see www.atlanticsommeliers.ca site) curriculum, and includes lots of tasting, as well as self study in the form of assignments.
This course is part of the CAPS Sommelier requirements, but is also a standalone course.
